This Privacy Policy explains how SEEKER TRACE handles data in the app.

This app never asks for personal information. We firmly believe in anonymity as a core Web3 value - your wallet is your identity. You can use SEEKER TRACE without revealing anything about yourself.

In detail, this app does NOT collect, store, process, or share your name, email address, phone number, location data, and device identifiers. Additionally, this app does NOT use third-party analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking technologies of any kind.

This app stores only the minimum data necessary to operate the leaderboard and weekly prize pool. Your player identity is linked solely to your wallet's public key and .skr alias.

If you grant hardware permissions, the app temporarily reads device metadata (model, OS version, battery state, network type, IP address, carrier, and location) to generate a one-time-use secure session ID. This data is processed locally in your device memory only, never transmitted to any server, and discarded immediately once the session ID is created. Denying permissions does not exclude you from playing.

When you interact with SEEKER TRACE using a Solana-compatible wallet, your public wallet address and transaction details - including score submissions and credit payments - are recorded on the Solana blockchain. This data is inherently public, immutable, and outside of SEEKER TRACE control.

SEEKER TRACE is not intended for users under 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Since no personal information is collected at any time, no data about minors is collected either.

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
