These Terms of Use apply to SEEKER TRACE. By connecting a wallet and using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and will follow these terms, that you are legally permitted to participate, and that you accept all associated risks of your own free will.

RISKS & CONDITIONS

Participation involves real cryptocurrency transactions on the Solana blockchain.

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to participate in paid games or prize raffles. By using this app, users confirm that they meet this requirement. Free TRAINING games may be used by anyone, but parental supervision is advised for users under 18.

Beta Status & Dynamic Rules

This app is still under active development (Beta phase). The developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove game functions, alter the scoring mechanics, adjust multipliers, or change the raffle prize pool calculation rules at any time without prior notice. Feedback, bug reports, and questions can be submitted to .

Financial Risk

All game score submissions are paid in credits (SOL) and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including technical failures or disputed results. The value of SOL is volatile. The USD equivalent shown in-app is indicative only and may differ at the time of transaction settlement.

Technical Risk

The developer is not liable for losses arising from third-party protocol issues, Solana network congestion, RPC node failures, wallet software bugs, or any other technical failure outside of direct control. All blockchain interactions are final and cannot be reversed.

Smart Contracts

This application does not interact with, deploy, or utilize custom smart contracts. Every transaction built by the app is a straightforward SOL transfer accompanied by a standard Solana memo instruction. Your wallet only signs simple, native transfers.

Wallet Security

The app source code is proprietary and has not been publicly audited. It is strongly recommended to use a dedicated burner wallet funded only with the amount you intend to spend. Do not connect a wallet holding significant funds or assets.

Legal Compliance

The app does not apply geo-blocking or IP-based restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the act of participating in a skill-based game with monetary prizes is lawful in your country or jurisdiction. Do not use this application if such activity is prohibited or regulated where you reside.

Fair Play

The developer reserves the right to disqualify any participant from prize eligibility if evidence of manipulation, score tampering, automated play, or abuse of the session system is detected. Eligibility decisions are final. Participation does not create any enforceable entitlement to prizes.

GRANT OF LICENSE

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SEEKER TRACE for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use.

RESTRICTIONS

No one may reverse engineer, modify, tamper with, create derivative works of, redistribute, or otherwise copy the app without explicit permission. Users must not use the app for unlawful purposes, and must not use automated play, bots, scripted input, score manipulation, or abuse of the session system.

NO WARRANTIES

This software is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer makes no guarantees regarding uptime, prize pool continuity, or future availability of the application. Users accept the risk of delays or human error in prize administration.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency.

INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from claims arising from violations of these terms, misuse of the app, or infringement of third-party rights.

TERMINATION

Access to the app may be suspended or terminated at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these terms. Provisions related to warranties, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
